Scope · Commercial

Architectural woodwork for the people who build the East Valley.

Restaurant casework. Retail fixtures. Office reception desks and conference rooms. Hospitality build-outs. We work alongside the designer and the general contractor — not around them — and we deliver from a single Gilbert shop at 714 N. Monterey St.

Frank D'Esposito has been running World Class Woodworking out of the East Valley since 2003. The shop is small enough that the owner is on the floor and on the job site, and large enough to fabricate in-house wood doors, custom casework, and veneered panels with Querkus and Decospan stock. Sherwin-Williams handles the finish.

We read drawings. We produce CAD shop drawings for submittal. We attend the pre-installation walk. Most of the commercial work we do begins with a designer or a GC handing us a set — and ends with our crew on site, hanging the last door.

From the drawing set to the punch list.

01

Drawings & Scope Review

Send us your set. We review the millwork pages, the finish schedule, and the door schedule. We come back with questions before we come back with a number.

02

CAD Shop Drawings & Submittal

Our in-house CAD process produces shop drawings for designer and GC sign-off. Veneer samples (Querkus / Decospan) and Sherwin-Williams finish samples are submitted alongside.

03

Fabrication

Built in our Gilbert shop at 714 N. Monterey St. Casework, doors, and panels are produced under one roof — no relay through a second mill, no finger-pointing between vendors.

04

Install on Schedule

We coordinate with the superintendent on the protect-and-deliver dates. Our crew installs, calls the punch list, and closes it. Frank is the single point of contact from drawing review through final.

Designers & GCs

Send us your drawings.

We'll review the millwork pages, ask the right questions, and come back with a shop-drawing path and a number. Owner-led from drawing review through install.
