Founded by Frank D'Esposito.
Still run that way.
World Class Woodworking was founded in 2003 by Frank D'Esposito. More than two decades later, Frank is still the owner, still on the shop floor, and still the person who sets the bench standard every employee is expected to meet.
The company has always been a family-operated shop — a small team of trained cabinetmakers, finishers, and installers working out of a single Gilbert facility rather than a regional production line. That structure is deliberate. It keeps the person who quoted your kitchen the same person checking the reveals before the cabinets ship.
In September 2025, the shop moved within Gilbert to a larger space at 714 N. Monterey St. — a relocation covered by the Gilbert Independent in November of that year. The new building gives the team more room for in-house door manufacturing, finishing, and the larger commercial millwork projects the company has been taking on alongside its core residential work.
The work itself hasn't changed. Custom kitchens, bars, baths, furniture, and wood doors — built to spec, finished in-house, and installed by the same crew that built them. There is no job too small and no job too big; the standard is set by Frank's attention to detail and the moral values he has asked every employee to carry into the work they sign their name to.
